Kinesiology Taping Wrist Sprains
KT Tape is an appropriate treatment for grade I and grade II sprains and late recovery stages of grade III sprains. The diagnosis of a wrist sprain is made by a physician. He or she will determine how the injury occurred and look at the physical examination findings.Other wrist problems that have similar symptoms to a sprain include wrist tendonitis and a wrist fracture or scaphoid fracture.
