Lots of cold contact with this ice packThis is a very well engineered ice pack that surrounds the area with cold and as such reduces pain considerably. I feel that it works much better than pain narcotics. Was this review helpful to you? 00 Athletic Tape, Wraps

KT Tape Pro really deliversI found this synthetic KT Tape Pro to be way ahead of all the other types of kinesiology tape. Shower, hot tub, sweat could not remove it. Very effective in pain relief and was great in helping prevent injury. Our testers loved it. Was this review helpful to you? 00 Tights, Shorts, Bottoms

Hot Chillys are hands down the bestI have long legs and these were the first long underwear that were comfortable under ski wear. I wear a all in one ski suit with these and an under armour top and I am toasty in the coldest of weather. Once I got these, I never went back to anything else. So far, so good with Gel Kayano 18The cushioning and arch support in addition to the lighter weight feels pretty good right out of the box. Have not tested quite long enough to offer a final verdict but no blisters or hurting body parts. I have the 17s and I think I really do like the 18s better. Love the new ColdGear by Under ArmourI have had Under Armour ColdGear since it came out. But this newly engineered batch with the colors and the longer arms and body is wonderful. I run in the cold and this keeps the sweat wicked away. Before, the fabric would stink up pretty fast. They have resolved that one. I also like the turtleneck and the crew neck. They have a lot of sizes to fit a number of body types so the 3X guy can find an undershirt. I got the basic colors and purple. I have all the cool colors on my holiday list as now I want to replace the shirts I've had for four years as these new ones are longer in the arms and body. CW-X Stabilyx Tights Editor ReviewThese tights really are top quality. I will say the price inspired me to research them the first time around. But they really do make a difference in terms of longevity and soreness after a long run. Other runners expressed the same. There were a few who commented that they could not get used to them. Running sleevesThese are surprisingly comfortable. My personal preference is the Pearl Izumi for warding off sun which is in another listing and the CW-X would be a second for me. I am very long armed so the zensahs don't do it for me but my shorter running girlfriend loves them. Most of those we spoke with really liked the CW-X brand as well. Shooting sleeves not a fashion statementI have to admit, when I first saw these I thought "fashion statement". But like a lot of compression garments, they do provide help for fatigue in particular. Was this review helpful to you? 00 Training Books, DVDs

Bargain Kinesiology TapeThis brand of kinesiology tape is a value particularly compared with a $20 roll of RockTape. You'd have to be pretty sold on the Rock brand to justify an $11 or $12 leap per roll in cost. Compared with KT tape, the difference is marginal, especially considering KT Tape is precut and worth the extra given the convenience. Was this review helpful to you? 00
