You can call your insurance company and request specific details about your coverage, and the procedure for reimbursement. Below is some information to help you get reimbursement.

Print off your receipt from any e-mail confirming your order after placing your order.

When you send information into your insurance carrier, please include the HCFA code, which allows the carrier to identify your brace in clear insurance terminology. The codes are:
