I will say that the plantar fasciitis taping they show does work, but the one I have an example of on the site works as well and is far easier than forking it. More than one way to skin a cat, though. Here's kinesio taping for plantar fasciitis on our site. Here's the way I used to do it before I discovered the easier way. It works but it is more challenging to pull off.
