Ear plugs are pretty personal. I find that swimmers either love the Zoggs or they love the Mack’s ear seals. So which are the best? Depends on your ears. And no two pairs are alike.

Zoggs ear plugs are made of soft silicone and are shaped to cover the outer ear with part of the plug designed to fit inside your ear. Since they are silicone, they are hypoallergenic. And like the Mack Plugs, they have a carrying case so you’re less likely to lose them.
Most comfortable if you have to wear them a long time or for long swims
Nothing is more annoying than water sloshing randomly about your head. And these seal out the water very well if they fit you. Most ear plugs start to annoy you or hurt after about 30 minutes of wear. But most swimmers claimed these are easier on the ears.

Another advantage is that you can’t plunge these too deep in your ear. If you do that with some of them, you can alter your balance. Of course, resolving that issue is as easy as pulling them out.
Size of Plugs
Many women complained that these were too large. So women might want to try the junior size Zoggs ear plugz instead. The biggest difference between these plugs and others is that they are fitted for right and left kind of like shoes.
They last
These are pretty durable plugs and the case helps keep you from losing them.
